Machine base is made of high quality gray cast iron. Machine base is naturally aged and stress relieved which provides the high stability and accuracy of the machine.

All the spindles bearings are performed by highly precise ball bearings ensuring the high rigidity and precision of the machine.

The machine guideways are manually scraped in order to obtain the high precision and longevity.

SIEMENS control units, well known for its quality and reliability, are installed on the machines.

The main components for the machines are acquired from the best known world manufacturers such as SKF, HEIDENHAIN and MARPOSS.
